SOLICITATION
No student or person representing any company is permitted to offer any product or service for purchase on the Stonehill College campus without prior approval from the Director of Student Engagement, in consultation with the Vice President for Student Affairs. Furthermore, students or outside groups are not permitted to offer or promote any off-campus services or events without prior approval from the Director of Student Engagement. In addition, as outlined in the Student Organization Handbook on the Student Engagement myHill page, students and/or student clubs and organizations may not promote alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs. Lastly, students may not operate a business on campus or from their residence hall room without the express written consent of the Vice President for Student Affairs, or designee.
FUNDRAISING
Any recognized student organization or student fundraising activity must obtain prior approval from the Director of Student Engagement, or designee. Student organizations planning to raise funds from alumni or off-campus groups or businesses must, in addition to the above permission, gain approval from the Advancement Office.
RAFFLES
Recognized student organizations may sponsor raffles when authorized by the Director of Student Engagement, or designee.
